Upon receiving your device, we will inspect it to confirm its condition. If it differs from your description, we may adjust the final offer and contact you for approval before proceeding.

You may choose to accept or decline our revised offer. If declined, we will return your device free of charge (or at cost, depending on policy).

3. Data Removal & Privacy

You are responsible for removing all personal data, passwords, SIM cards, and memory cards before sending your device.

We are not liable for any data that remains on the device after sale or disposal.

We may securely erase or recycle any remaining data as part of our refurbishment process.

4. Payment

If a device is found to be reported as lost, stolen, or blocked:

No payment will be made.

The device may be held and reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Returns Policy

If you reject our revised offer or request a return before processing, we will return your device within 30 working days.
We are not liable for damage or loss in transit; we recommend insured shipping.

7. Limitation of Liability
